Tiana is home now for good and is staying home tonight
We have to take her back to hospital in the morning to gether INR checked and to 'officially discharge' her but thats it . it's fantastic having her home properly now

Hope Tiana had a lovely day yesterday and today - maybe she got to have a bit of roast dinner?!
Fingers crossed she finally goes home for good tomorrow!

Kev has bought Tiana home and she seems to be loving it being at home again. Will be hard taking her back to the hospital tonight but it's only for two more nights then she will be home for good

Good news - Tiana is going home for the day tomorrow and sunday and then, hopefully, will be discharged fully on Monday. Hooray!
Tiana, i hope you have a lovely time at home and, just think, only three more sleeps at the hospital and then you can sleep in your own cot!
