Kay yeah i agree with you hun ive always believed a m/c happens for a reason and that baby isnt meant to be, im now realli worried now if am still pg (doc says its unlikely due to the clots) the effect the implant will have, i used to be on the pill and like you have fallen pg on it a few times which was why my oh ddidnt want me going back on it, good luck with testing again hope you get answer you want xxx

hi hope everything goes as well as it can. if it is a m/c then im sorry but remember they happen for a reason and sometimes it better for the lo not to be born (sorry if that dont sound nice but couldnt find anyother way to explain what i meant) thats why i worry about forms of contraception, i use the oral pill as even tho i have fell pregnant before on it i know that it doesnt do any harm to baby if it happens again. (think it might not have worked again will find out in few weeks)

Hi and thanks, just got back from docs and he has said that he thinks i either was pregnant and have m/c or i was and still am pregnant, he wants me to do another test mid-week around wed with fmu and see what that result says. He said if it is neg then leave it at that and would be a m/c but if it is pos obv i will need to go back but he said with sounding horrible he would hope that i'd have m/c as i have the implant in it can cause problems in the pregnancy and even lead to defects in the baby and that if i am still pg then i will have some hard decisions to make, so it is now a waiting game til wed... xxx

Hi michelle it does sound like u were (sorry) pregnant im so sorry i know how it feels i am getting over a mc now it'll be faint because now the hormones are very weak if u need to chat pm me but let me now how u go at drz hun xxx

Hi thanks hun thing is ive never had clots before other then when i miscarried and early in my pregnacy with my dd.
Last night when i took the test i read the result 2-3mins after and that was when i got the neg result and didnt look at it again until i went to throw it away last night before i went to bed and there is a faint but obv blue line on test but i dont know whether to read that as a pos as i dont know if it appeared in the 5-10min time limit, couldn't get app for today but have got an app to see doc 2moz morn at 10:10 am going to take test with me and see what he says but wanted to see what you guys think... thanks xxx

You'll probably have sorted it out by the time you read any more replies but just wanted to add that i get clots ecery time i bleed. Did before i was pregnant and have done since. Not quite as big as yours but think it is to do with adjusting to new contraception as mine started when I switched onto mini pill a few years back and then again when i started taking it again after dd was born. Hormones are funny things! Good luck, hope you're ok whatever it is that's causing it x

Just done the pg test and it was neg, now more confused as i would have thought if i was m/c then it wud still show? Gona book app with doc and see what they say thanks for all ur help 2nite girls xx

Hi girls and thanks im ok feel bit gutted (we werent trying again yet but wud have loved another) i rang my docs and was told by receptionist 'there no more apps for today' so i just said to her thats ok can i just speak to one of the doctors as i need some advise and she patched me thru the doc wasnt very helpful tbh she basically just said the bleeding could just be the effect of the implant going into my body but she said that doesnt usually cause blood clots and the only thing i could realli do to take a pg test, so i rang my mum and she had a spare one so she poped round for bit and we had bit chat and that, and as soon as i can go loo again im going to take the test, im scared to find out in a way but at same time if i kno i def am having a m/c then i can deal with it, thanks for all msgs xxxx

Think it may have been a miscarriage
pains just got slightly worse so went to loo and passed another clot, this one was alot bigger almost the size of my palm!! really dont know what to do now :S xxx2/10/08 15:58

Hi thanks thats great price but the nearest asda to me is half hour walk away (and dont drive) i rang the nhs direct and the nurse said it could be an effect of having the implant and it may all calm down in few days but if the pains get worse or i lose more clots etc then to ring back or go see my doc, she did say that there would be concern if there was chance i was pregnant but she said that as i got a neg test 2days before the implant went in and have had the implant for 3 weeks now that its unlikely that i was pg xxx

id pop to the docs sometimes they have tests they do there and then. better to be safe then sorry sweetie xx

i knew from the clots i passed that baby still being there was a very slim chance, but im gutted we werent trying i know but i would have loved another baby and the fact my baby was there and i lost it before i even knew has realli hit me, think i wsa clinging onto some small chance tht i was still pg, thanks for all your messages xxxx
