i would encourage the beaker if i was you, especially as she already using one for water. dd1 hated full fat to start with so i mixed her formula half and half and slowly reduced the formula out. DD2 on the other is such a piggy she just took to it straight away.

I'm thinking I should now be thinking of moving my LO onto full-fat milk as she is 1 yr old in 2 weeks!  She is still having milk from a bottle at breakfast time, mid-afternoon and bedtime and is drinking water from a beaker throughout the day.  Has everybody else just gone straight from formula to full-fat, or done it gradually?  Also, is it advisable when changing to full-fat to only allow her to have it from a beaker?  I'm hoping to wean her off of her mid-afternoon soon too, but she is still drinking a full 210ml bottle!!
