Well it's not meant to be a bed, so it won't have a mattress. I had one and tbh I don't think it is a suitable replacement for a moses basket.

When I took my ds out in the pram with it, I used to put a blanket underneath him or a muslin to catch any sick

    I have a questionHelenHicks

I'm due in a few weeks and was going to use the cocoon as a moses basket as well as on the pram. But I'm confused as it doesn't have a mattress so what do you put under your baby to catch all the vomit etc (I remember how much dd1 used to throw up!)?? Please help!
