Hi there.

i posted a thread like this last night. With all the comments i got i have decided to hire out this drop in  centre i know which alreay has a sensory room and a soft ball room as well. it also has an amazing climbing frame out side for the older kids who is brave enough to go out side i January! we're hiring an all rounder entertainer (face painting, balloon doogy thingy, magic and puppetsjower.) and it's themed- a magical 'In The Night Garden' it sounds much for a 1 year old but she has a big family on her dads side and they don't do small! 

have you managed to come up with any ideas?

hmm i'm really not sure the soft thing does seem a good idea for a few babes just dont go for the party option go for a while and go back to your grab the sarnies out of the fridge kinda thing.... like I say i'm not too sure as i've only done close family stuff wit close friends and just did food and prezzies at home and they just run about like crazy people lol

Probably only about 5-6 babies.

I never did anything that big I did a family thing and had some friends round and just had like party food and fun and games outside etc.... you can get pinata's that have pull strings so your lo can pull the string (with a little help) lots of balloons.... how many did you have going?

Id love to book a venue like a soft play centre or something for my baby and her baby mates but cant seem to get very far...
