    Hi

Thanks for your advice. I just got back from hospital.NHS direct told me to take him in. They just said theres a bug going round and gave me some gaviscon for him. still doesnt really help me, i just have to give lots of cuddles and hope it passes soon.

Well from what i know, my doctors have always said if a baby/child is still being sick after 24 hours then you need to go doctors or better still to A&E!!! Demand that something is done hun, 5 days is just wayyyy too long for your lo to be suffering. Im very worried for you all....please hun do something as soon as you can,its better to get him thoroughly checked out. I really am not trying to scare you but what if hes swallowed a foreign body....by that i mean swallowed something he shouldnt have (even something so small gone un noticed) it could be making him sick? I dont know hun but as i said 5 days is getting a bit worrying,Good luck & please let us know how lo is....thinking of you all xxxx

Take hiim back to the doctors. Its better to be safe. Five days is a long time for a baby to be poorly. Good luck xxx

I would go back to Doctors in the morning and let them know lo is no better.Maybe call NHS Direct tonight and see what they say. I know you did both these at weekend but a few days on and he's no better would prompt me to try again and see what they say now.

    Hi

Im after some advice if possible?

DS hasnt kept anything down since Friday including milk. He just keeps being sick all the time. Ive phoned NHS direct and been to the doctors over the weekend and they said just give him calpol and keep him hydrated, but he refuses to take any water and fights me when i try to give him calpol.

Its been 5days and he doesnt seem to be getting any better. I cant take him into nursery until he stops being sick but I just dont know what to do now.

I would really appreciate any help!
