I got Abigail one from ASDA with a little rucksack in a winnie the pooh theme. Havent used it yet so cant say if its any good, but it looks ok.

John Lewis sell all the littlelife  backpacks....

littlelife do all kinds of animals, although I don't think I've ever seen a monkey.  Ds has a bee, and my niece has a lady bird.  I think there great x

Argos also do a rucksack with a harness - look in the nursery section x

Don't know about a monkey one but littlelife make them - they do a turtle and a ladybird.  John Lewis sell them and have them on their website, as do most of the outdoor stores like Blacks,Milletts etc.

i HAVE SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW AND CAN'T FIND IT. i HAVE SEEN A TODDLER WITH A CUTE RACKSACK (MONKEY) THAT WAS ALSO A HARNESS.
