I went to the walking center early and the doctor said is a post viral thing a reaction of some virus she had on those 2 weeks, but it looks awful is like red dots on her face and her and little spot on her tummy and back.

Ring NHS direct if youre worried. Like pp said could be chickenpox. When you say red spots - how many and what are they like? Could be a post viral rash/ Or heat rash? My son comes up in a rash fairly regularly kind of like little red spots and little colourless spots - they never come to anything.

I often think GP's surgeries are bound to be full of infection but you cant not go there because of that!!!! Just like you cant put your lo in a bubble and not go to soft play / nursery / friend's houses etc etc etc.

Could be chicken pox, my ds had a cold and high temperature about a week before the spots started to appear

Don't let your husband blame you! you shouldn't keep them away from the docs in case they catch something!

hi, my lil girl is a year old, and she has been with a cold last week and this week with bad tummy, and went to the doctor yesterday and gave her gaviscon and deiolate?

But this morning she is been a bit grumpy in the breast a got sick again, and check her body and she has got this kinda like red dot on her tummy and on her back and on her head, I dont know what it is, I am a first time mum plz help.

My husband is blaming me saying maybe she got something from the gp. (
