Jodie so annoyed for you. It really isn't right is it? Why do you have to be struggling for money and other eejits are getting money handed to them left right and centre!!!! AAAaarrrgghh! Okay sorry about that, it just irritates me. I mean you obviously need the money to pay bills and buy food, it's not like you're going out drinking it and the bloody benefit system is letting you down, more than likely because some eejit who doesn't need the money is reaping the benefits and probably trying to squeeze a short weekend break into there busy schedule with money that rightfully should be yours!!

Okay I will stop now - just try not to worry. I know I worry myself badly but then I get to a point where I'm like, if the money isn't there I can't pay it????? I can remember my dh, who is so used to me being organised nearly pasing out when I told him I had just got 500ltrs of oil delivered and he asked how we were paying it and I just said "I'm not, what are they going to do, sifle it out??" I honestly was past caring, my lo needed heat so I got oil. I did get in contact with them when they sent me the bill and basically told them I couldn't pay for it, they sorted a monthly plan for me, they got there money in the end- tight buggers, lol.

My point was - things always sort themselves out - they have to or the world wouldn't keep going round, so chill

As for groceries - I'm doing mine on-line again tomorrow. Doing a meal plan first and checking for vouchers etc. Also a good tip is hide food - well not really hide, but put the nice things out of sight. Dh just found a 2ltr bottle of coke tonght and he's delighted, lol. It's been there since last Friday, but I'd put it right to the back and he hadn't seen it, so it's lasted him ages, lol.

    Night girls.

Well i THINK we did the food shopping on tuesday and we still have food!

Good thing too as we are flat broke

Im literally scared to spend a quid because im scared we wont make rent

Stupid tax credits dropped dramticly and we really are tight tight tight.

We pay rent on the first and im waiting till next week to pay the electric bill even though it came last week., we will probably have to pay council taz later in the month too.

We will be fine once this baby is born as will recieve tax credits for baby which i will have to save for when they drop again

i only have 6 weeks till im due and all i can think about is lack of money

Will make the food we have last as long as possible in the hope we will get paid before more bills come in

It's not a diet really it's a detox, but you lose alot of weight, last time i lost a stone and only put 4lbs back on when i started eating properly again.

It makes your skin look really really really amazing too

You drink salt ater for breakfast, then a kind of homemade lemonade recipe for lunch and dinner, then before bed herbal tea. It's a liquid detox, it is hard but after just 10 days with those amazing results it is sooooooooooo worth it!!

I know I think I should re qualify In hair/ beauty therapy!

Waxes, threading, hair cut, high/low lights, nail extensions/manicure, pedicure, sun beds/fake tan, eyelash extensions costs about £250 a month.

Not to mention the gym membership, treats like contour wraps, massage, facials. It costs too much to look your best really, and that is naked before we even get to make up and clothes!!!

I haven't bought lo a toy or clothes for about 2 weeks, and if you've read my posts before you probably know he usually gets a lot! It is good really as he has rediscovered old toys that he forgot about - he probably thinks they are new ones.

I wrote a proper shopping list today for the first time (usually just scribble essentials that we have run out of or forget to take the list at all) iI have put it in my handbag already and determind to stick to it at shopping and see if that helps to get the cost down today!

I'm going on the lemonade diet for the next 10 days so that should save some money,

I used my boots points at boots and bought the baby some nappies as it was 3 for 2 on huggies plus the packs had 8 free nappies each in them so was really like getting 4 packs of nappies free! That was great!

I've been sending off for all the free samples of dental products and i've got about 10 boxes of sample size toothpastes now which is about a million years worth of toothpaste(almost!), and mouth washes and toothbrushes so that saves money too

If a dvd comes out that I think looks quite good then I usually just go and buy it but  I've been using blockbuster and so sure that has saved money.

Oh I've upped my tariff on my mobile contract, I used to have flex 35 but my bills were ending up at £200 a month in total, i've upped to flex 50 and my last bill came at £70 in total!! Whoop whoop!

Dentistbaby sorry to hear your weekend didn't go as planned.

Hope you and oh can talk properly soon. Good luck.

Well we're broke, but thank God I get paid on Wednesday. Also we're supposed to be getting our 2.75% annual increase back paid from April. So should be a wee bit extra!! I hope. We've a wedding to go to on Saturday - but I have my waxing, tanning and hair to get sorted and paid for before that!! God if only I was naturally gorgeous I'd save a fortune, lol.

Well I am completely shocked girls. Today I spent over £100!!!! Un-f@cking-believable!!!!

I had to go get hay/straw/sawdust for our rabbit, then meat from the butchers, then stuff from Gordons (chemist- sells everything much cheaper then supermarket), then batteries for Caiden's new toy hoover, then pair of shoes for dh, a card for the boy across the road and that was it!!! £100 gone. Unbelievable!! Oh almost forgot I got myself a hair-dye - £6.69 all on myself!!! Shocking!

Although have to say my on-line grocery experience was fantastic - they came to £42 including delivery.

    Still £142 on things, aaarrrggghhh!!

Dentistbay Caiden had his shoes on him today - they really are as good as new - thanks

Well usually i dont write a list but meal planned this week and as you all know our weekly shop was 35.11.

WE still have food in and i am really impressed with myself.

I have to buy some bread, milk and a bottle of pop today but that wont be hardly anything.

Tonight we are having a roast dinner but with sausages, so its not like we are eating rubbish either.

To be honest planning our meals is really working for us this week as its really fixed into our routine.

I think df likes the fact he knows what he is having, as before we had to decide what to have which took like a hour!

What helped me save this week was-

:switched the cats onto biscuits and not pouches of meat.

idnt have to buy nappies/milk as bought a box of nappies and wipes in bulk the week before.

idnt have to buy wash tablets and bought in bulk the week before as they were on sale

    :ignore'd the bogof's

    :stuck to the list

: and bought flour, sugar butter and eggs to make biscuits, cakes and treats instead of buying tons of packs.

I intend to do the same this week as think i have found a way to go for us.

Well done on the job Kaz!
