mil is petrified of spiders and would jump up on the sofa if there was one on the floor - because of that its rubbed off on dp, he would do the same if he thought i wouldnt laugh at him, fair enough it is a phobia but hes a grown man for god sake!! hes supposed to protect us yet its me picking them up and putting them outside! told him not to freak out infront of dd cos i dont want her to be the same x

Lol im the same im scared of any insect spider anything small really i remeber when a wasp came in the house and me and my mam ran around the kitchen screamin, my dd thought it was so funny she seems fearfull of anything at the mo.Or im just a big whip lol.

hehe i wonder if she did, i know everything my lo touches goes straight for the mouth. I was showing my lo a worm in the garden the other day (i can deal with slimy stuff just not things with legs lol), anyway she took it out my hand and yeah you guessed it it headed straight for the mouth, luckily i got it in time ewww x

i would freak out if i saw lo anywhere near one! she hasnt tried to eat one has she? I hate spiders and i really dont want to make lo scared of them too (because i know im only scared cause i remember my mum screaming at spiders when i was little), but last weekend lo was on the carpet and a HUGE spider ran towards her and i ran over and grabbed her and she was in tears cause she didnt know what the hell was going on.

when she sees a spider she shouts out pie-da then picks it up and plays with it and tries to kiss it

shes had great fun today chasing daddy long legs and pulling their legs off the evil child
