yep, I've tried including in the due in Jan although its unfortunatley turned into a slanging match between stay at home mums and those who work. Very Sad really no one has insulted them for staying at home..

I've set up this petition on the PM's web site to try and increase the amount of help we parents get towards child care.

Currently each parent can get £243 per month salary exchange, for me when bubs arrives it will only help towards 2 days nursery each week for 2 kids.  This means it wont be worth me working more than 3 days per week due to the massive child care costs.  (if anyone doesnt know the £243 comes off your gross therefore saving you your tax and NI off that amount. If you are a 40% tax payer (which I am certainly not) it saves you even more! ( I reckon it saves approx £10 per day if your nursery is £30 per day)

I'm sure nearly everyone else is in the same boat. If the government want us to work then lets push together to try to get them to increase this amount.

Please sign the petition and let as many otthers know about it as poss even on other websites.

Lets see if we can make a difference.
