what do you get your CB paid into? if its a PO account, use your statement. if bank, ring them and ask for a statement to be sent out.

detail in a letter to OU about not being able to get through to them and highlight on your statement your CB payments. they should all be clearly marked as child benefit... OU cant argue with that x

arghhhhhhh child benefit office, ive been phoning them since Monday and i cant get through, the daft automated woman keeps saying 'sorry we are experiencing high call volume, please try again later'. well 3 days later and i still cant get through. I really need to get through. Iv emailed them too on tuesday and not heard a thing.

Cant take anymore, feel like hunting that stupid automated woman down. All i need is a letter from them confirming how much Child Benefit i get a week for my 3 kids. Its for my application for OU course financial help thing and i need to post it asap. The annoying thing is i have a letter from them in march but the OU say it has to be within the last 3 months, think im going to have to just post everything away and hope i can get through soon.

ANSWER THE GOD DAMN PHONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ahhhh sorry rant over lol
