Hiya My LO has been on cows milk for the last week and over the last two days she's become really constipated. Its so heartbreaking seeing her in pain bless her. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do? X

we had this problem with dd n tbh we just sat it out because i wasnt sure what 2 do it didnt take 2 long for it 2 pass but it is horrible
with ds we decided to do it gradually so we swapped an oz of formula for cows milk and it took about 3 weeks to change him over a bit more faffing but he didnt have any problems. maybe u could go back 2 formula wait for ur lo 2 be regular again then try it gradually? xxx
