    as far as i know you have to have been paying your mortgage for 3 years before you can get help. im not sure tho so see cab before doing anything hun. goodluck x

    You might have to buy him out though as he will need somewhere to live. If the children are staying with you though I imagine you will stay there and get help. Before you do anything I would go to Citizens advice so you know all the facts. Good Luck x

    Anyone here know where I may stand. Partner and I about to split-as soon as I get courage to end it.  We have 3 children and have a house and are both on the mortgage. Would I have to go, any benefit help for mortgage I am currently not working.
