I get it every now and again, not sure what it is but it normally only last a few days

my ds gets a lot of ear wax too and i clean it daily. a lot is really dark and horrible!! doesn't sound quite as bad as your lo though. i'd probably go back to the docs if it's blocking his ear canal.

My lo's ear is all crusty in the ear canal.It looks like hard wax and sometimes they form big lumps and cover the whole ear canal.(Maybe that's why he never listens to me?) Anyway I went to docs last week with him for something else and mentioned it to GP. She didn't even look into his ear and said it's normal as there ear canals are still small and he'll grow out of it. I'm cleaning it every morning but there just seems to be so much surely it's not normal. Anybody elses lo got the same? Is there anything I can do to make it better or do you think I should see GP again?
