    Hi ladies,

Dd is usually good as gold going to bed, has story then a few mins sitting quietly for a cuddle and goes down awake, no problems. She has this musical bear thing  that if you tap it plays a song for about 5 mins. Last night it was not working properly so when she started screaming i went in and saw it wasn't working so sorted it out so it was working again but she went mental and was screaming, standing at the bottom of her cot in a right state.

So thought just do controlled crying and after the 3rd time i went in she was asleep. Now, just put her to bed as usual, everything working as it should be, but she was screaming her head off again and standing at the end of the cot, so just been back in and led her back down and stroked her face until she calmed down and stopped crying but i'm remembering something like you shouldn't speak to them or make eye contact, can someone just refresh me on conrolled crying (could have just said that really) lol.

Sorry for long one, thanks and after writing all this she's stopped crying about 3 mins ago! Typical, still nice to know for tomorrow.

    Thanks x
