I live near Pontypridd in South Wales and I'm paying £36.65 a day for lo to go to day nursery.  It includes all meals, drinks and snacks but does not include nappies and wipes.  I believe that there is a discount though if your lo goes there 5 days a week.

The hours are between 7 and 6 too.  Which is great if I'm late getting home from work.

When I was usung a childminder it was only costing me £23 a day which included one meal a day and all snacks and drinks and was between 8:15 and 5:30.  I would give lo breakfast at home and provide childminder with one meal.  It also didn't include nappies or wipes.

Oh my god, im moving house... i pay £50 a day for nursery in surrey... thats half price for me... surely my kid cant eat that much extra food or use that much more electric...

We're in north wales and pay £30 for a 9 hour day, includes all food and drinks but not napies, wipes etc x

hiya hun i have no recomendations but i started back to work not long ago and like you liked the idea of a nursery rather than childminder so have been looking around at a few my fave is very local its going to cost 30pound a day 8am till 6pm.xx

Been thinking about going back to work as an LSA. Great hols!!! Little one is 21 months. We are in South Wales. Fancy the idea of a nursery rather than childminder. How much do you pay and any recommendations for the south wales area? Thanks
