we don't do anything different really. if ds is really bad then i might not go out for as long as normal, but fresh air is good for them. and also, when i'm really bunged up myself, i always find that going outside un-bungs me if the air is cold!

do you try and keep them indoors more? or is fresh air good for them if well wrapped up? my dh thinks i shud stay in with them but they do get soo bored and its a shame to waste dry days
we go out just the same..I think the fresh air is good for them and certainly makes their noses run so helps get it all out lol
