If you have been on Plagiocephaly care, you may know me.
Christopher started at 11months and 22mm. Got down to 13mm after a load of chest infections.
It is a bit of a rollercoaster but it's worth it if you know you have made the right decision for your little one.
PM me if you fancy a chat.

well we had the appointment, he had his head measured and he had 24mm asymmetry, normal is 0-6mm, moderate plagio is 6-12mm and anything over 12mm is severe, so it's quite bad, he is getting his helmet fitted on the 3rd Sept

...but I can't think of anywhere else to post this...
has anyone's baby got/had plagiocephaly??
We have an appointment at a private clinic in Leeds tomorrow about getting him a helmet, currently trying to fundraise xxx

My DS is 2 1/2 he has severe plagiocephly unfortunately I listened to the dr's who said his head would correct itself, as he gets bigger his hair will cover it, I even listened to the dr who said he had enough money spent on him already(he has other special needs), His head is still "wonky" it's my one regret,if I could go back I would get the helmet. Good luck to your children.
