I would suggest you go to the gp and ask to be refered to a peoditrition.
Try not to worry though, it mayjust be a stage

Hi there. It is really, really difficult to tell very much at this age as this could be perfectly usual behaviour for a 2 year old. My ds is nearly 5 and although there is obviously a problem his Paediatrician is still holding off on diagnosing him as what seems like strange behaviours can be totally normal in this age group.

One thing I would suggest, unless you have done so already is to get your ds seen by a Speech Therapist. Ask to be referred as the waiting list in some areas can be very long (my ds waited 7 months) and it's a good place to start as communication difficulties can cause all sorts of behaviour problems.

my ds has a huge temper on him he is 2 yrs2months, when he has his mood he wil bite scream continuosly and hit out and this can last up to an hour and at least 3 times a day.

he also has some strange behaviour for example will not let us cut his toast up peel his banana if we do he would go into one.

even our hv was surprised when she witnessed one of his tantrums and she feels that it is more than terrible two.

he also only has a vocabulary of 12 words.
