we get out on a daily basis rain or shine.  dd is 4 1/2 and ds is 10 months so hes lucky with his rain cover lol.. megan wears welly boots and has an ummbrella which she strugglse with but tries her best, i have my brolly which i usualy dont bother with,.  i quite enjoy the rain tbh its relaxing lmao people think im mad.  we go to the park or just for a walk, to the library or just to pay the bills and we have to walk for 30-40 minutes to even get to town.  i would go insane if i was home all day and id feel bad for the kiddies.x.

I have 2 lo's and we dont have a car but i force myself to go out every morning whether its to the shops ,playgroup, softplay or more often than not the park and dont let the weather stop me , my lo;s get bored at home all day which makes it hard work to look after them without getting fed up and stressed out.

we all have full sets of waterproofs and wellys and my ds loves splashing in the puddles and he can get as mucky as he likes as you just take off his waterproof suit when we get home so no worry about getting mucky and piles of washing

i feel that walking round the park everyday with our dog after my ds was born helped me get over pnd ,i didnt always want to go out but especialy when it was freezing cold but just getting out the house can make such a difference to your state of mind . xx

the weather here has been the worst this summer, we haven't got out as much as i would have liked.  i don't drive either so it is either walking in the rain or standing waiting on the bus and getting soaked!

bad weather normally doesnt stop us, as long as its just raining a little bit then i just wrap him up, wellies on and we still go out.

we got to some toddler clubs, and he's at nursery 2 afternoons a week, so that breaks the day up.

i like to be out for at least one half of the day, so he doesnt get bored.
