You can get Travelese pastilles from Boots. They can be taken from age 3. My DD and DS both suffered badly from travel sickness. DD now 9 is fine, but DS age 7 still would get very sick sometimes on short journeys. We now make sure he is always looking out not down at a book or game. We have also found since we put his car seat in the middle of the back he hasn't been sick at all. It may be just a coincidence as he may be growing out if it - but anything is worth a try.

only in the last month has my 4 yr old (megan) been feeling severely car sick when travelling. we dont go in the car oftern as she goes to her dads every other weekend andi dont drive my partner does so we only go in the car at weekends. the supermarket is 10 mins away and shes sick just traveling that distance its realy stressfull for her and for us and i dont want to take her in the car anymore because i worry and constantly have to watch her as it comes so suddenly! we are wanting to travel from the south east to manchester to see my family but we just cant take her due to the sickess!! ive been to the doc but no help there and cant be given travel sickness medication until shes 5. anyone else had a similar problem and know how i can help?

why not try them wrist bands, my friends swear by them, they put slight pressure on the wrist at a certain point and is suppost to stop it. i cant think of the name but im sure if you google travel sickness bracelet or bands or something they should come up
