both my dd's did the same and nothing worked for them. So in the end hubby and I got a toddler bed and both loved it. We put up princess curtains (the ones that go around the bed) and made it all really pretty then they didnt want to get into our bed after that and would rather go in there big girl beds.  dd 1 is now 4 and sleeps in a normal single and so does dd 2 but they do have there days when you keep having to put them back to bed but hey its not all a bed of roses lol

    good luck hun xx

Not put her in your bed. Pick a method and stick to it. Either ignore her screaming or cuddle her but keep putting her back in her cot. Unless its a one night thing and totally out of character in which case maybe she is a bit poorly and needs some extra cuddles.
