It's pathetic but that's British "Justice" for you. They put people away for longer for doing a few miles above the speed limit.  I personally think that there should be a zero limit on drink drinking and anyone could with ANY alcohol in their systems should be banned. Maybe if things got a bit tougher people would think twice and accidents like this would be less lkely to happen. RIP to the boys and my heart goes out to the parents.

I actually saw the vehical after the accident when I was on the way to chester earlier this year and I actually cried as I could see the private ambulance slowly moving off down the hard shoulder. I was listening to it on the news at the time and the motorway was closed for miles. I was on the opposite side.

I just think it is so wrong about the sentance. He was drunk and driving and killed two innocent children!

What annoyed me more is he is eligable for parole after 3 and 1/2 yrs-he will still be young and able to restart his life, not like the kiddies he killed.

Sorry, I know this isn't on the right forum, but we are all moms on here and it could be any one of us that this happened too.

Am I the only one who is very disappointed with the sentence given out today for causing the death of two brothers and leaving thier father seriously injured?  The maximum sentence for his offence is 14 years - what does someone have to do to get that sentence.  There is no justice for the family.

Sorry, rant over.  I just feel so sad for the family.
