And today Alex stuck his finger into the end of a bath whistle. And off to A & E we went! All fine now, but not the best way to end the day!

well funeral is over. thank goodness. was very emotional from the minute i woke up this morning and cried a lot before i even got dressed, managed to do my reading but cried all the way through and set off pretty much everyone in the church too.
Glad it is over so we can have some closure of sorts, tomorrow I have my Ofsted inspection to finalise my registration as a childminder so got to focus on that now.
Hope everyone else ok?

Nans funeral is tomorrow, I am dreading it.

sorry haven't been on for a while been trying to sort the council out as they have messed up my housing benefit i've also had the week to myself and am bored stiff had big argument with nathaniels dad so been a bit stessed lol
nathaniel starts full time from the 4th sep so getting a bit nervous

nope, that didn't help! I must say I feel slightly smug as I don't watch very much telly at all (well, none at the moment as I still haven't got around to sorting it out since moving so 2 months without telly).
Right, off to get a big glass of red theh phone H and tell him it's off! Not looking forward to it but going in with the assumption that he feels the same and will actually be relieved that I've taken the initiative. Wish me luck!

Actually it was quite funny, we both saw the funny side and were laughing about it, even at the hospital. But when the docs arrived and started yanking, we soon stopped laughing. Poor baby. He's fine now though, just a bit swollen and grazed.
