isabellagrace - hannah was on 0.03 and was also putting it in her mouth all the time! i had to put gloves on her to stop her but sometimes even that did not work. Hannah got the RSV injection last winter but will not need them again. if your little one is off the home oxygen by then your will not get them, i would imagtion the small amount she is on and the fact that it is over the summer months now i reckon yours will be off oxygen by then - good luck

Congratulations that is wonderful news you must be so pleased!

My daughter Isabella is on home oxygen - she was born at 28 weeks in November and came home in February.  She is now on 0.01 litres of oxygen and is having 2 hours off every morning.  I can't wait until she is off it and she can have the canulas removed from her face (she keeps putting them in her mouth at the moment). 

Will Hannah get the RSV injection in the winter?  We have been told that Isabella might not get it because she will be off oxygen then but we would rather she had it.

Hello everyone

I just wanted to share my good news with you all that today i was told that Hannah can finally come off her home oxygen all together, if you don't know me hannah was born at 1 pound 5 oz at 26 weeks on 15 june 2007 she came home on 28th August and has been on home oxygen every since. We did a monitor of her overnight last night and the hospital ahve given her the all clear. I hope this give some encouragement and support to all you premmie mum on your jounery
