Something else that is very good for breast milk, and great as a treat for you is Green and Blacks dark chocolate (or milk choc if you don't like dark) it really helps as it gives your body a huge energy boost.

are you twins too small to suck? even if they don't get anything their sucking motion will stimulate your breast milk more than expressing. So if you let them suck for a few mins and then express you might find you get more?

    congratulations by the way!

Have you tried Brewers Yeast or Fenugreek tablets? Both are good herbal remedies to try and I know from personal experience that the Brewers Yeast works quite well. It's also giving your body a huge boost of B vitamins which will help YOU feel better too. Most NICU will recomend Brewers Yeast.

It's hard not to stress about your milk supply and I agree with previous posts that the most important thing is to try to stay calm (not easy I bet with twins!) but it will do no harm at all taking these tablets and will give you a boost.

Good luck and I hope it all goes OK for you.

Agree with prev post, really try to relax as this will help your milk flow, are you able to have a nice warm bath? If not try going in to your bedroom for a lie down with your twins, make it really cosy so you can be as relaxed as possible, lots of skin to skin if possible as this will help your flow too. Also as prev poster said really important to feed as often as possible/ they want as this will really build your supply up. I really feel for you, you must feel deserted  and I hope you get hold of a midwife/hv soon. You could try calling la leche (sp) league too as they are great with breastfeeding advice/support x x

as a mum who has just had her 4th prem baby, DON'T PANIC why do u think u haven't got any milk? relax sit down have a cup of tea and try just putting your babies to the breast i'm syre yr milk hasn't run out, as long as u try not to worry and keep as destressed as u can the more your babies suck the more u will produce, it takes about 6 wks for your supply to become established, i came home with my baby dexter last wk he was bornn on 2nd june at 33 wks 4 days, i thought i didn't have anough milk after coming out, so i fed every 2 hours and my supply is good now

try not to worry and call your local hospital mat unit, or your mid wife from when you were preg as they can tell you what to do(what milk or how to stimulate a better supply of your milk) also they could then come out and see you to help out. sorry i cant help any better than that. xx if all else fails call the tommy helpline for new mums. xx
