My son was born at 34 wks and weighed 6lb 10oz.  He lost a couple of ounces whilst in SCBU but once home he came on in leaps and bounds and at five weeks he now weighs 8lb 0oz.

My lil girl was born at 32wks weighing 2lb 13oz and left hospital at 5 1/2 wks weighing 4lbs 2oz

My daughter was born at 28+5 weeks weighing 2lb 11 oz but went down to 2lb 2.9 oz at first. At 5 weeks she weighed 3lb 6.5oz

She's now almost 6 weeks old and hoping she continues to gain weight as she has so she can come home soon

Lili was born at 32 weeks weighing 4lb 7, she dropped to 3lb 15. At 5 weeks she weighed 5lb 6. She will be 8 months in a few days and weighs around 14lb xx

my lil girl was born @ 36 weeks at 4lb 14oz and is now 5 weeks old and is 8 pound she has never lost weight

hey i had my twins at 34+1 weeks and will be 6 weeks old on thursday. elliott weighed 4lb 6oz went down 2 4lb 1 oz n was weighed yesterday at 6lb. alicia weighed 4lb 3oz went down 2 3lb 14oz n now weighs 6lb 3oz! cant believe she is now bigger than her brother! lol!

Thank you so much for your replies.  Make's me feel alot happer knowing that premature babies do grow at a healthy weight and tatty its good to hear that you're little one is crawling.  It just settles my mind thank you xxxx

Hi my lo was born at 34 weeks and weighed 5lb 15.5ozs, he dropped weighted whilst in SCBU and then gained a little but at 6 weeks he was still only 5lb 15ozs. He is now 23 weeks today and was 15lb when weighed 4 weeks ago.

Hi my ds was born at 36 weeks weighing 4lb 11oz,at 5 weeks he was 5lb 9oz. he is now 25 months and weighs 25lb. hth xx

hi Abbie weighed 5lbs 3 ozs at 5 weeks but then a few days later when we went for a hossie appt she weighed 5lbs 8ozs

My dd was born at 34+5 weighed 4lb 12 dropped to 4lb 6 in the 1st week we bought her home 8 days later at 4lb 6 at 5 weeks old she was 7lb 11oz, she was only 45cm long too. Shes now not long turned 3 weighs 39lb and 106cm tall , amazin how they come on from being so little xx

Kaiya was born at 32+4 so almost 33 weeks and was 3lb 12oz. At 5 weeks she weighed 4lb 12oz and is now almost 8 months and weighs about 14lb.

Hi my son was also born 7 weeks early and weighed 4lb 7oz at 5 weeks old he weighed 5lb 8 oz so not much difference than your little one, he is now 10 months and weighs 24lb 7oz  he is crawling now and is into everything x x

My daughter was born 7 wks premature, she was 4lb 7ozs at birth but went down to 4lb 1ozs while in hospital.  I got her weighed today, shes now 5 weeks, and she weighs 5lb 9ozs.
