Hi, Do you have any family or friends nearby who you could arrange to leave your 2 1/2 year old with for a couple of hours maybe a couple of times a week? Then use those hours not to do housework, but use it to take naps, long baths etc "me time" This might help you to feel calm throughout the final stages of pregnancy. Or if you took your toddler to a drop in thing once a week that some creches do then even if you stayed, you could sit and relax and watch them playing, and chat to the other parents. Anything to take your mind off what is coming up ahead.
I don't know whether having one premature makes it more likely for you to have another one, so i cant reassure you on that point.

i had my 1st at 27 weeks due to unknown reasons, we eventually had our 2nd when our 1st was nearly 4, i know its a bit older that your 1st but ours has cerberal palsy so needs extra help, was only in school for 2 hours a day then i would have to go and collect him and do physio etc with,
i was the same as you constantly in a panic that i was going to go in to labour early even had a bag packed at 26 weeks just incase, i was under constant supervision havin scans and checks every 2 weeks, but it never eased my mind i dont any thing will help ease your mind no matter what others say to you, i am on my 3rd pregnancy and i am still the same, i panic at every pain and discomfort even when the baby is movin i still aint fully at ease.
all i can say is just be your self my local hos was fully understandable with me, i had bleeds on my 2nd and that just made me worse, in the end i just thought if bubs comes early then at least i know what to expect and to me that would be natural, lucky enough he came at 37 weeks but i didnt know what to do with him as i was not use to bringing a new born straight home.
sorry if it sounds like i am rambling but just take care, and your consultant will look after you.
