Stick with the prem milk till your told otherwise. Do you have A 6 month check with your neo-natal team? Kaiya is 10 months and is fully weaned but has to stay on nutriprem till she's 1 as she's so tiny.

I've not had the chance to go and see my HV since I started weaning my girls last week - they're just over 5 months now, and were 10 weeks early - so have not asked her this, but was hoping to get your advice too!

Anyway, what advice has everyone been given regarding weaning and milk? We're still on the NutriPrem milk... should I be going on to follow on milk or just keep with the NutriPrem?
