Well done Alex keep up the good work

Baby Alex has gained weight .... yay .... im so pleased.... she weighed 4lb 15.5 oz on friday and on monday she was weighed again and she was 5lb 1.5oz  really am pleased thats a 2 oz gain ..

Hi hun, she gorgeous by the way.  My dd was born 7 wks early and it took her about 4/5 wks to get back to her birth weight. Don't worry hun, cause now she's 16 wks old and was 10lb 2 wks ago.  She was 4lb 7ozs at birth but dropped to 3lb 9ozs while in hospital. But she's turning into a right little bruiser now, you wouldn't know she was a prem baby xxx 

It took Lili nearly 4 weeks to get back up to her birthweight so I wouldn`t worry too much. Looking good re the milk protein problems, I`m sure you would have seen some signs by now so fingers crossed she has escaped it.

After Alex being born 6 weeks early i thought i would give everyone an update she is brite and alert but still hasn't regained her birth weight ,of 5lb 7oz .she will be 3 weeks old tomorrow and on friday weighed 4lb 15.5 oz  her gain in a week was half an oz . not happy having to top her up with formula feeds hope its going to be enough.. other than that she is an angel doesn't cry yet but thats probably cause she was prem and still so small. really hoping she isn't milk protien intollerant like me and her youngest sister fingers crossed.
