Sarah I am really sorry about your nan.
I used 3 first response tests all bfn then used one from work and got bfp. Hope you are ok.

My nan passed away this morning
i really dont think its sunk in yet, they sent me home from work and i really didnt know what i was supposed to do! i went to my sisters and we just sat in silence! At least she isnt in pain any more.Love to all

well, I think your dh is right. We will be celebrating by xmas for sure. The clomid is bound to do the trick. I will be sending you lots of 'up the duff' vibes to see if that helps x x x x
How is everyone else?
I am doing well. Now that I have some energy back, I feel better than I did before I even got pregnant. Think it must be something to do with the medication. I am even going to my tap dancing class tonight!!!! I will probably look a right nana but I don't care. If I fall over or do it all wrong, at least I have an excuse!
Anyway, I hope everyone is ok. Updates on all please!

tested on cd28 but i dont really know when i ovd, it was some time at the beginning of not last week but the week before, never mind, got the appointment with the specialist in 2 weeks, only thing is that im so convinced that im gonna have a mega long cycle again and wont be able to take the clomid for ages!! DH is determined that we ll get our bfp before the end of the year but im not so sure!!!
Im alright we didnt bd much this cycle so its hardly a surprise, it was just that funny taste thing that got me!! i still dont know what that was about, its stopped now, i think it might be to do with that stuff they injected me with, its never happened before so its quite weird xx

Still no news on the flavour of bump. Great news though that he/she is developing well and the heart is working properly with the correct number of chambers and valves. phew!
Have booked ourselves an early xmas pressie - a 4d scan on 12th Dec. Can't wait!

Hi all, i am gonna test with a 1st resp tomorrow morn, had loads of cm today which is supposed to be a good sign!! Who knows eh.
Kim thats a lovely thing to say, one of my good friends is due to have her baby any day now so i am thinking that my nan is making space for her crand new baby!!
We talked the other night and i asked dh if we get pg soon if he would be happy to give a girl agnes for a middle name which is my nans name, he is not too sure but i think its a lovely tribute to her!! i think hes woried about it being an unusual name in somerset but there is agnes deyne now so its fashionable anyway!!
em did you get rescanned today? do we know the flavour??

Sarah I am sorry. You know my dad never met his grandchildren but they know who he is and what he ment to us all and i am 100% sure that he is watching over us all with a big smile on his face. Your nan will know when it happens.
Emma I prefered my 20 week scan the last time as there was so much to see. I also have the added perk that I can get scanned at my work as well. I have a scan of John on video although he is sleeping in it!
Rachel are you ok? Haven,t heard from you for a wee while.

im still here, i did an opk on weds morn to see if there was a 2nd line but nothing, my nan has gone into a coma now so even if i was i wouldnt be able to tell her

Where is everyone?????
We have just got back from our scan. Sonographer was having a bit of trouble seeing the bits she needed as baby was very stubborn (especially down below) so we are still having a yellow bump but we are being rescanned tomorrow so that might tell us more. Have also got to have a 36 week scan as placenta is too low down.
Baby was sucking and you could see the jaw moving up and down! It also got the hiccups! And it waved!
Hope everyone is still around and that I am not waffling on to myself???

Thanks for the frozen pea trick Kim. I will try that later! After baby is born they will give me steroid injections into the muscle or something but until then I just have to cope.
20 weeks today!!!! I saw my consultant this morning and they are finally pleased with my thyroid levels and I can keep my medication the same. Yippee! I also got to hear baby's heartbeat again which was lovely. The nurse noticed that I am booked in for my scan on Thursday and said " Well as you are here now I can see if they will do it in a minute for you" and I was sssooooooooooo tempted to say ok but I knew that Glenn would be gutted to miss it. Still, only 2 days to wait!

Sarah I am really sorry about your nan. At least your lasting memory will be of her laughing and joking with you.
As for your symptoms dh and I had started to think about what we would do with the nursery cos we were going to give up. We had decided to try and knock through a wall so John would have a decent size room - he is just going to have to make do with a tichy one instead!
Emma I can't believe that you are half way. its gone so quickly. Is there nothing that they can do for your leg? If you need the baby to move try a bag of frozen peas on your tummy. They will try to move away from it. John used to get very upset!

As for the strange taste, I have a strange taste too but it is not the metallicy one that people talk about but it is def a pregnancy taste. I keep eating mints. You never know, the month we stopped trying was when it happened!!!

Hi ladies!!
Hope you and your lil beans are all v well, i feel like my cycle is on fast forward this time!!!
Its cd24 today, i didnt get a +opk this month but i only did one as i wasnt too worried too much about ttc as i had that test and i didnt think it was v likely, but i ovd some time at the beginning of last week,(loads of ewcm) well since last week i ve had a well weird taste in my mouth, its not metalic which is what i have read it would be for a pg sign its sort of bitter, sometimes tastes metalic but mostly bitter and now i ve got really sore (.)(.)s so as usual im thinking ooh i could be!! i know im not but im just really confused by this taste thing!
Why do our bodies do these things, just because i thought i wont worry about it this month i get all these signs!!
i had some v sad news too, you remember my nan was ill? well the last i heard was that she didnt have cancer and was going home, well it turned out it is and she is v v ill, i am so angry that no one in my family thought to tell me or my sister, god knows what they were thinking, she diesnt want to see any one now and they have said that she will prob pass away some time this week or next so i havent been able to say good bye
i have decided that its prob best that the last time i saw her she was happy and chatty, i am so so so sad that i didnt have a baby before she got so ill, my baby would have been her 12th great grand child xx
