Me too Selwyn lol....now if you can throw in a fatastic bikini figure to go with the holiday then I'll nip out tomorrow to buy a sexier cozzy than my black hold it all in tight one . Dre-he-he-he=heam, Dream Dream Dream.

I haven't bothered working out a due date this time because I just end up more disappointed - think I'll go for waiting as long as possible. I say this now but of course who knows lol.

Keeping everything crossed Sandrad, it would be fantastic hon.

Dawn, am thinking you should be getting ready for jig-fest wooohooo.

Have any of you seen the thread about wheatgerm? Think I might google this and get some - sounds as though it's really good for you anyway but if it helps fertility too then yey.

Morning all. Having a bad hair day - what a state!

Torture isn't it sandrad? Are you tempted to test?

Well I was thinking - anyone on our tww - why don't we all just pack up our bubs and all head off for a couple of weeks in the bahamas to wait it out? No point just sitting  here is there? - so we can just laze about sunning ourselves until af/bfp date? How does that sound?

Well still got achy boobs and nausea but also mild stomach ache so I really have know idea - omg I hate this.  Its my 44 birthday next Sunday and it all  feels a bit surreal doing this ttc - never thought I would again.  At  hospital today for psorasis and dr wants to put me on tablets (she says there ok ttc and pregnancy) but I don't want to take anything until af arrives (?) next week - think her arrival/my birthday and psorasis pills will be my decider over whether we continue ttc.  Sorry a bit of a moan.

    love and hugs to all

Well - managed our final jig last night and Dp looks relieved its over!! I'll remind him of that when he's up for it next! Annoyed we missed fri and sat - right in the middle of my ov time but hey ho - gave it my best shot. I can imagine how gutted I'll be when af shows up so going to try and get my head around that before it happens IYSWIM.

tww - so let the decorating re-commence! Plenty to do so its easy to find things to fill up my time!

At least we get some sleep now eh sleepy!

Oh Sheez I hope you have a wonderful time hon....I know it's hard leaving them at all and completely understand about how long it is but I reckon that once he settles in he'll be fine...I found out from my mum that when I was 2 she left me with a friend for a week as they wanted to take my older brothers to places where I'd be bored (we were living in America for a couple of years), they did it when they had the chance and I was fine with Mary-Jean (still a family friend). Huge hugs and have a great time (((()))).

Sandrad - oooooh, am keeping everything crossed, it's so hard not to symptom watch isn't it, and we'll be there for you if it's not the news we all hope it is.

Selwyn - oh hon, it is so tricky all this jiggy timing isn't it. Am lucky in one sense because dh is just pleased I want some lol, but then I feel guilty not being up for it a lot of the rest of the time. I do think it's one of the toughest parts of ttc practically speaking, doing the deed on certain days does take some of the fun out of it, but needs must and it is so frustrating when they don't get that! We didn't manage a final jig because of illness and ds coming in to our room. Let's hope we both got our timing right and luck was with the swimmers!!!!

Hope you're doing ok too Dawn.  I'm officially on the 2ww now and around for general chat anytime everyone.

oh sheez have a wonderful time - my dream trip is new york - how lovely your dh is.  i'm sure ds will be fine and have a great time with gran and gramps!

unfortunately i'm still symptom spotting so fear a huge disappointment this month!  but tiredness, waves of nausea and s*** boobs and increased peeing - omg i'm a disgrace - lol!

    fingers crossed for us all.

Keep at it Selwyn, my DH is worse than yours prob, he really doesn't perform on demand, he preferes it to be when he wants, which obviously is not usually when I want.  We didn't do enough jigs this month and I have really given up but finding it hard to say 'no more'.  Keep at your DH, think how thrilled he'll be when you get BFP again, it'll be worth the nagging - .

DH did book the hol, and it is a treat but he booked it without telling me as I would have said no as 8 days is too long away from DS, he still doesn't really understand and we leave tomorrow.  Also DH adore ships, so  he'll prob enjoy it more than I will, but hey - I'll do my best!!

Need to pack now but DS is watching .. ooo he'll think we are all going sob!!

    to all x

Oooh sheez what a dream hol. I'd be lucky to get flowers off DP - he's not the best at that sort of thing. Does remember though - but my mega hints for weeks previously help out there!!!

Well my opks are showing a definite line but not quite as dark as control line. If I remember when i conceived the bean the line was a bit fainter too. Am not drinking for two hours before but not held on so I'll try that too - thanks Dawn.

DP is still 'too tired' etc so I had a rant at him about it all and tried to explain how small an opportunity you get - I'd not spelt it out so as not to over-medicalise the whole thing but I can't win as he's not reading between the lines either and not making enough effort!!!! He's in the picture now haha! Bloody men!

Hope we've not missed it for this month but I did my best and took the few chances I had! Not feeling too hopeful though but I'll try again tonight line or no line as there was a strong one yesterday.

Hope you are all well - sorry af came Dawn. Bisum that she is - its such a disappointment - and it hurts!!!

Oh dear - I should be packing but I have a hangover - not something you see much on ttc threads as cutting down on booze obviously helps a bit!  BUT my pal who emigrated to Texas was over with her US pals and I couldn't resist meeting up with them, they are so funny .. 'cos they are all from texas they all adore george bush, drive moster trucks and eat beef - they all have HUGE diamonds and are stay-at-home apple pie moms.  They are lovely but so American!  One 32 year old was talking about getting a 3 year implant as contraceptive and I was shocked saying 'don't do it' - the wine talking!  So she asked me what contraceptive I used and I said 'nothing' - unfortunately my 2 pals that were there heard and their eyebrows shot up - whoops ... next time we go out I'll have some explaining to do as non of them know I so desperately wanted another child.

I have sore boobies today, but I think I get them every few months before af so not really hopeful.

Unfortunately my af is due right in the middle of our hol - what a shame, else it could have been mega jigs .. sigh .. nothing seems to work out!!

sleepy well done for all the jiggy whilst poorly, opk,s mine never get as dark as controll line but very close, thats why i keep them to compare to previous days.

Afternoon all.  I'm sitting typing in a beautiful evening gown and killer heels.. 'cos DH has booked (and paid, his treat) for the 2 of us to fly to New York for a few days and then sail back home on the last ever trans-atlantic crossing of the QE2 to southampton.  I'm sure it'll be a fab hol - sightseeing & shopping in the Big Apple and then glamour days on the ship.  I had to buy 1 new dress and 1 new fancy top so I don't look out of place.  I've borrowed a dress off my sil also so almost there.  Would be so excited if didn't keep crying at the thought of leaving DS.

Well done Sleepy re jigging when all fulla cold, you obviously meen busines this month.

Speak later, to all and hope everyone is having a lovely weekend x

Hi all. Still feeling poorly, and ds is really not well poor thing. Worried it's settling on his chest. Dh is also coming down with it - we're just lovely lol.

Sheez - this is the first time I've ever used the OPK's. I was starting to worry that I wasn't OVing and wanted some reassurance that the MC hadn't totally ballsed things up. I now think am OVing so there is hope. Just need patience as well now.

Impossible not to worry about the lo's isn't it. (()) Am sure he'll have a ball with the grandparents even though he'll miss you of course. Am sure the pressies will be well received lol. When is the holiday? Where to? Tell all!

Well we managed the deed again woohoo - if we can manage one more tomorrow then we've probably given it our best this month. Time off for me lol!

How are you doing Selwyn? Have you been busy too?

    Hope you're all having a good w/e.

Morning all and hugs from me too Dawn, we all know the feeling .. total disappointment, after a tiny bit of hope hurts so much.

So do you all use these sticks you p on?   Too late for me I think but if you aren't jigging every single day then I guess they help, espacially if you don't ov when you thought you would.  Keep at it Sleepy, sounds like you are taking it seriously - lucky DP if he's not shattered yet!

I'm now off work till 28/10 - hip hip hurrah... but sad cos DH has booked us an 8 day hol without DS I'm gonna miss him so much, we are so close at the mo, if I don't pick him up from nursery he asks why not, what's he gonna say when I'm awol for 8 days?  Granny & Grandad are great but he'll be upset... but I've bought him 6 pressies so far, so bribery may work - one for each day!!! Hope so,

    Have  agood weekend all

Thanks for the congrats Sleepy and lots of baby dust and luck coming at you.

Huge hug coming your way Dawn af really is an evil witch!

I keep feeling sooo sick/light headed but I think its just wishful thinking - despite my determination not to symptom spot I just can't help it!  Feels like this is my last chance, 25 years married and 44 next week I'm definately getting past my best before date lol!

Love hugs and baby dust to all.

    xx
