The ebay hpt are good for poas addicts which is what im turning into! Like you say with them being so cheap i dont feel guilty lol

just to add, i got my bfp at only 8dpo with ebay cheapies. was very faint and could only see at a certain angle at a certain light. clearblue digi finally confirm about 5 days later.

i use the ebay ov tests too and have the same thing that my line rarely gets as dark as the control line but you get to know what a positive looks like for you. also with being so cheap you can test for 10 days and not feel bad about it!

I can confirm the cheap ebay tests work as i got my BFP at 5+5 with them, Wasnt a strong line but def a line (its in my profile pic)

ive been doing the ebay opk aswell and the line has only ever got slightly darker but never as dark as they control line! im waiting for a cd digital ovulation test to come off ebay so hopefully that will work a bit better for me x

i am soooooo fed up wiv the ebay tests. Im doing the ov sticks and i should b ovulating since sunday and it keeps cuming back that im not, just hope the tests r crap and theres nothing wrong wiv me

the ebay tests are the most sensitive on the market at 10miu whereas clearblue digital are 50miu so wont pick up a pregnancy until a good few days after an ebay cheapie.

they are cheap because they dont have all the packaging and also have less dye in them than usual tests which means you get fainter lines but get them earlier.

if the line has no colour to it e.g. grey not purple then it is an evap line. your more likely to get an evap line in a certain batch. some batches dont get any evaps and others get more, no idea why.

ebay cheapies are great for guidence and poas addicts like myself!! if you get a faint line get a 'proper' test to confirm. good luck!

is it a white line that sorta looks shinyish?? i think that is where the pink dye clings to if any pg hormone is detected in the wee?? if so...i see that line on mine too xx hth

Yeah ive left it a whole day before or even a whole week haha not quite that long but definatley a day when really i know i should bin it after 10mins, the line i see has no colour to it though so god knows what it is x

i will leave it a couple of hours or a whole day....never seen a line yet - i think i imagine a line then when i look again its gone...ive lost it! lol

hi ive been doin the cheap ebay ones, (dip ones with blue end) called one step tests and i always go back and look and they never have any evap lines or anythin just one clear line...hth x

Cant really help you but I think that is something we all do!!  Just cant resist  going back and taking a peek in a desperate hope that a BFP is there. 

My bet would be an evap line but dont want to crush your hopes.  I so hope that I am horribly wrong and you get a BFP!!

Hi, ive done a few ebay hpt now and they have been negative but stupidly i go back to look at it a few hours later and there is a line but it has no colour to it is this an evaporation line? I know i shouldnt look that long after but cant help it xx
