Hi girls, well as far as I know here's your answer (tmi):

After af: your cm is eather dry or sticky but more like white/cloudy colour

Then your cm becomes clear and stretchy

Then just before your ovulation your cm is very stretchy, looks like raw eggs and can strecth between your fingers for a few centimeters

Then after your ouvlation, you become dry or have cloudy sticky cm then just before af, some women get more cm but then it's also a pregnancy sign!

Hope that helps girls, but don't forget that sperm looks like cm and it's hard to tell the difference but if you bd every 2 days than the day in between that's when you can check your cm if that makes sens! Also if you put your cm in a glass of water and it curls up into a ball then it's cm but if it doesn't then it's sperm sorry tmi!!!

    Good luck xx
