    Hi to you both...

    just wondered does anyone do much exercise? I am getting a cross trainer next month and I hope that will help shed the pounds. I'd love to join a gym or go swimming but I feel so self concious!

    I'm 12st12 at the mo and want to get down to 11stone and then 10 stone. I'd like to say I put weight on because I had a lo, but this is my first time ttc. I have put 2 stone on since I passed my driving test cause I am a lazy cow!!! And I love chocolate!

    hey can i join u too. i was 9st b4 i had ds and im now 12st 8lb and would ideally like to lose atleast 2stone. i havent joined any groups yet as in process of moving. xx

    hey im kate im 23 and have a 10month old son taylor we only decided to start tryin on sat.sun so its  early days for us

    im so overweight im 12st9lb today im quite proud tho b4 i fell preg with taylro i was 13st 5lb so im less then b4!

    i ideally wana b at about 10st and i know losin the weight will help concieve quicker

    ivbeen cuttin portion sizes down n eatin healthier i wlak most places anyway cos i dont drive

    What diet are you following mizzdebbie?

    Aswell as cutting back I am trying to eat more fruit and veg and cut back on caffeine, to try and give myself the best chance of concieving. I read somewhere, ideally your BMI should be between 20 and 30 to concieve...mine is 33 so got a bit of work to do!

    My dp's diet is terrible, he eats so much junk! I am on a mission to make more healthy meals and get his lil swimmers strong!!!

    i would like to lose another 2 stone, but i put on half pound tonight. (tues is weigh in). after weigh in we have image therapy. sounds weird i know but our consultant was basically saying if you want to change you need to cahnge something else. well i think i am going to have to stop haveing lunch at my nans on a mon. for the past 2 weeks her lunches have come to about 50 sins (we have 105 sins to use a week on whatever we want) which is fine unless i have had a bad weekend like this one.

    i want to be 10 stone something. am really fed up of being 11 stone something

    Hello!

    I am following weight watchers points plan as i have lost weight doing that before and know it well. I am due af this week and really craving chocolate

    Well done on loosing a stone, thats great. I have 3 to loose but just aiming for one at a time!

    hi there, i will join you. i have been doing slimming world for just over a year and have lost just over a stone. (i like to take the long way round!!) but have only been ttc for 3 months now.

    are you doing a perticular eatting plan or on your own??

    My dp and I are planning to tc in a couple of months. In the meantime I want to loose at least a stone.

    I know there are already some weight loss threads but just wondered if anyone wanted to join me starting now in shedding some pounds ready for bump?
