i used a boots test but it was only £3.99, dont know if that makes a difference. haven't got any signs of pregnancy other than missed period, but am getting alot of headaches.

Hi depending on what brand you used . Most are over 99% accurate in detecting a positive result but if you think you might be pregnant leave it 2-3 days then test again as the HCG levels double every 48 hours so if you are pregnant another few days would tell you. xxx13/10/08 14:48
Hi. Was just wondering if any1 could advise me. Basically my period is a week late. I took a home pregnancy test on friday when i was 4 days late and it came back as negative. does this mean im deffo not pregnant then as it says result is 99% accurate? Period was due on 6th but still not here and im usually regular. Do u think its worth taking another test or are they 2 accurate 2 b wrong? Any advice appreciated.
Most ladies on here seem to recommend First Responce tests. I also say wait another 2-3 days(if you can!!) and do another test.
