Hey girls, thanks for your posts xxx

well until about an hour ago i was a bit confused......its cd28 for me and i have had loads of ewcm the last couple of days and my right ovary has been niggling all day (not normally signs for me that af is on its way.......) and then i thought i was gonna have a duff cycle and had ov later as i cant remembering having ov signs around cd14 onwards. so just as i was gearing myself up for a late ovulation and a possible 40ish day cycle - the ewcm dried up and the niggles were replaced with the oh so familiar cramps and backache we have all come to know and love (NOT)

so am guessing af is on her way in the post with a first class stamp on......same old same old.

On a more positive note, things are continuing well on the healthy eating - i am feeling much better and have nearly gone a week without feeling down or anxious - so i think the junk i was putting into my body was defo contributing to me feeling bad and even better - my ankle has finally healed after 7 wks !!

had a very busy week at work and socially so i am looking forward to a relaxign and recharging weekend . Spent 40 mins queueing for petrol tonight as i joined the ranks of the panic buyers in edinburgh lmfao xx

Now if only all the solutions to my probs could be found at the bottom of an (organic) fruit bowl haha xxx

    and to all

    K xx

Lisa - thanks hun - what a lovely post xxxxxx

All ok with us though i am finding bding this month to be a bit of a chore i have to say.... its cd14 today so we are still in with a chance i guess xx

I've been babysitting tonight for dh's niece's little boy - first time i have looked after him since the viral infection episode 4 weeks ago. I had him from 5 till 10pm tonight and omg he was just a little star - full of smiles and gurgles and just heart warming moments (and some temper tantrums inbetween....)  He is now nearly 5 months old and nearly 18lbs!!!! ( wee chunk lol) and is just the loveliest wee boy ever i swear but omg can he scream when he decides to........... he is teething at the moment and just wants to chew everything - my top, the towel, his bib etc - he was practically stuffing his fist down his throat and it took ages to give him his bedtime feed bcos he was more interested in chewing the bottle teat - little rascal x

DH bathed him and they had a lovely wee time together - DH was so gentle and caring and omg i had to leave the bathroom on the pretence of getting stuff ready for him coming out the bath bcos i felt my heart was going to burst when i was watching them. I really enjoyed getting the little un all dried and in his pj's - he was so happy when he came out the bath and his good mood continued until it was time for him to go home..........and i miss him already xxxxx

Ah bless you Kerri i am so happy at how focused you are with your weight loss - i could never be that focused, so will you help me when i have had my baby???

Sorry that sometimes you feel really down you will feel better as soon as you get that BFP and you will get it i promise you that xxxx

You are a truly wonderful person Kerri and deserve it more than most - stay focused on that BMI and saving as many pennies as you can because IVF will be worth every single penny xxxx

And as for work - yep stay where you are for now cos if the mat leave package is good it'll be worth it!!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha

    Take care my lovely xxxx

    hey girls xx

kat - lmfao at the cod liver oil for my glossy coat - i might forsake the nuts and fish and all and just pop a pill every day lol x

On the whole the healthy eating is continuing well, it is very hard work saving no to treats  but the dangling carrot of a healthy bmi and imminent fertility treatment is keeping me going, and its great to think that the summer clothes that didnt fit me last year might actually fasten this summer   i do feel a bit miffed that i wont be able to do a huge clothes shop when i am near target weight bcos 1) i have every size in my wardrobe from a 12 to an 18.....so there is loads to choose from in EVERY size lol and 2) fickle shopping sprees are not really an option when you are saving for ivf - i'd rather keep my pennies for prams and babygros and extended maternity leave from work

So all in all things are fine with me - ttc still makes me a bit weepy most days but i am just accepting that is the way i am gonna feel - no point ignoring it and when i feel low i am just making an effort to go for a nice walk or surround myself with ppl that make me happy. Now all i need is the perfect job - but hey ho this one will do for now..........the maternity package is not too bad haha x

    & to all xxxx

I hope you had a lovely weekend with a good few giggles with your sil.

Since there is only so much oily fish a girl can eat, try adding seeds like sunflower or sesame to your salads or add nuts like walnuts, brazil, almonds or peanuts to snacks. Or you could have avacado in your salad instead. Obvu\iously they all contain extra calories but they are some of the good calories iygwim. Or you could cheat and take cod liver oil tablets to improve your glossy coat instead lol.
