Thanks hunni, yes there are non-id which is great. Less chance of twin to twin transfusion, and also means we have a chance of one of each!!!
We will find out the sexes, they should be able to tell if the babies play ball on 16th April (22 weeks scan) Baby No. 2 we being a little monkey doing somersaults, and at one point put his hands and arms behind his head whilst she was trying to get the nuchal measurement! Must be a boy!!!! LOL
Good luck with your treatment. It really can and does work. Will you be keeping a diary?

oh my god those scan pictures are amazing, i cannot believe the difference in only a matter of weeks, when a womans body wants to play ball its amzing what it can do for us!!!! Are they non-identical, do you think your'll find out the sex?? (Soz bout ?'s!!) Like the previous post, i like to read about your progress, its gives us all hope (we need donor sperm, however, we know what its like to go through the stress of infertility & will need to go through IUI/IVF/ICSI)Keep enjoying it & take care - and keep posting xxx

She certainly does!
Back from scan and both little cherubs are ok! Strong heartbeats and measuring spot of for dates!
Twin 2 was not playing ball though and would not let the mw get a nuchal screening measurement. I thinki its a boy! LOL.
Both low risk which is excellent.
I am so happy! Will upload a scan pic asap.

Yeah, still feeling sick, but not being sick as frequently. I'm hoping thats just cause the placenta is taking over now.
Still getting headaches, bigger and sore boobs, bad skin, and my bump is huge!!!!!!
Hoping they are both ok.
Laura- Kate had her op yesterday, so hopefully she will be well on her way shortly. You will both be PG by the end of this year- for sure!

How fab to hear that you are doing well!

Hello girlies! Its lovely to see i have not been forgotten.
I reach the ol' 12 week stage in 2 days time! Can you beleive it? Scan on Thurs morning.
I am obviously terrified, but have no reason to think they are not both ok.
I am looking forward to seeing the twins again though, hopefully they will look more like babies this time and it will make it seem a bit more real. They looked like pringles last time! LOL. (See pic in my scans profile).
I will try and upload a pic on Thurs, all being well.

i bet you cant wait to see the baby s again i have seen my baby twice and im only 8+4 but had a few problems in the begining so the first time i was 5 weeks.
who would have thought the dates could be diffrent considoring we had ivf you could nt get more exact ??

Hey Ali, I saw your news! Congratulations! I am so so happy for you hun. I cant beleive he is here already. I remember you getting your BFP so clearly.
Have you been able to post any pics hun? Would be lovely to see him.
MW apt went ok. I saw stoopid lady midwife today! Actually, thats harsh, she was just new and I was her first patient. She must have been nervous. She kept entering the wrong information, messed up my bloods and it went everywhere, and could not answer most of my questions. Did not make me feel any better I can tell you!
Anyway, I have been classed as high risk due to it being twins, IVF and I have had an MC before. Means I will be seeing the consultant frequently, which i am quite happy with.
Scan is booked for 7th Feb- 2 weeks Thurs.
They are unsure of my dates. Cons said 20th Aug based on EC, then the scan at 7+5 put me a day ahead at 19th, but on the letter sent to the clinic and my GP, it says edd of 22nd! I am either 9+6, 9+4 or 10 weeks???????
I guess we will know more on 7th Feb.
I also mentioned about the symptoms easing, and she said thats about normal for this time, and the pessaries I am on also play a part in that (didnt know that).
Glad that apt is done and I am officially booked in. Now we just have to wish the next couple of weeks away until I can see my babies again.

I have some news of my own - I'm a mummy! Little Austin William Kevin Reynolds couldn't wait until February to meet his mummy and daddy and surprised us all by arriving on Wednesday 16th January - 3 weeks, 2 days early weighing a very healthy 7lbs 7oz! The mw who delivered him said that if I had gone full term then he would have been 10lbs! Ouch!!!! We had to stay in until Sunday night as he was having a few problems maintaining his blood sugar levels, but they kept their eye on him and he's absolutely fine
I can't stop looking at him and really can't believe that after 4 years of waiting he's finally here! It will be your turn soon!xx

Hey Kelly, how are you and the twin bubbas!! good luck for Tuesday, look forward to hearing how they both are. I have my IUI on Monday and am keeping all my hopes pinned on this month! Maybe I'll go on to join you with twins!

Hi Kelly, I can't believe you are over 9 weeks pg already! It is so fantastic. Good luck with the mw appointment.
I had terrible 24/7 sickness with my ds and in a way it was a comfort because as long as I was being sick I knew my pg was healthy, loads of hormones, lol.

Not long really until the next scan, i'l be looking forward to hearing what they are!! Will probably keep a diary, not sure when or what treatment we'll be having but i dont think there is a diary on donor sperm so it may quite nice & helpful for others!!
Your'l have to post some bump pictures too!
