Hi!  My fertility clinic reccomended Wellman tablets from Boots or Superdrug and health food shops to boost my DH's fertility, and within 2 months of taking this (and healthier diet/less alcohol/no smoking, etc) my DH's sperm motility had increased by 150% (it was incredibly low).

Make sure you are taking folic acid, or a pregnancy supplement, and are eating healthily.  Drink plenty of water, and cut down on alcohol, make sure both of you get plenty of exercise, and have plenty of sex (we concieved on clomid, and the sperm meets egg plan... Google it, if you haven't already).

If your periods are irregular, you could try Agnus Castus from health food shops to regulate your periods, but they will not make any difference if your periods are regular.  Hope this helps, and if you have been trying for a year now, it may be worth a visit to your GP, although some will not refer you unless you've been trying for 2 years.  They can start the ball rolling with a blood tests to make sure you are ovulating, and go from there.  Good luck, and keep us informed,

could anyone tell me if there is any good drugs on the market to buy over counter to boost fertility in male and females, my partner and i have been trying for a year now and nothing as happened im ready to have a break down if we are successfull again, im starting to loose the will, please can anyone help us???
