Thanks for the reply , i am totally chuffed to bits that she has been to the fertility clinic today and they have said she is 100 % pregnant she is over the moon

TBH I can't say for sure, but as she only had the hcg chot last Weds I would be very cautious about readig too much into a BFP at this time. It could be the hcg from the shot that's registering as a +ve on the hpt. But like I say, I can't be sure as I'm currently doing IUI not IVF. I do hope it's a true positive for her though, good luck to her!

Hi i wondered if any of you lovely ladies would mind answering my question.

My friend who has been ttc for the past 7 years has had to have ivf last monday they put 2 fertelised eggs in and on wednesday she had a hcg injection ,now being really impatient which i cant blame her she took a test yesterday and it came up pregnant ,she is now worried that the hcg injection is giving the test a  +ive and she not pregnant would this be the case or do you think she actually is pregnant ?
