I had ICSI treatment and I had to wait until 21 days after my period started before starting my nasal spray, I then took this for 2-3 weeks(it depends on how quickly you down regulate), I then started injections and took these for 1 week(again it could be a bit longer, depends on how you react to these), I took one final inection of HCG 1 week and 1 day after starting the injections which was the Saturday then I went in for my egg collection on the Monday morning.

It felt like ages between starting my period and starting my nasal spray but once I started this it went really fast and it felt like we were actually getting somewhere.

Really luckily for us it worked first time and I will be 19 weeks pg with twins on Monday.

Hoping someone can advise me as i'm getting a little confused with dates. 

We have our Pre-Treatment Consultantion on 17th July and my next cycle is due around 10th August, i thought it was at this time i would start the nasal spray but have been told today that it is much later. 

Would someone be able to map out a clear path fro me of what to expect?  We go on holiday in september so i am a bit worried that treatment dates could clash and we have to wait until October
