    Hi

Hope you dont mind me poping in.

I had clomid at 100mg for 2 months. got tracking scan first month on nhs but they said if i wanted to be scanned in future cycles would have to pay as i already have a child. They said after one scan they know that you are responding and so further scans arent necessary. Luckily i concieved on 2 nd cycle. so expecting no.2 in feb.

    Good luck girls.

I'm similar to you i took clo for my previous pregnancy and it worked first month. I am now on month 3 and the doc is still saying i don't need any follicle tracking because it worked last time. I am defo going back at end of this month and asking for more help.

    Looking forward to chatting again.

I should know the answer to this as I've been on Clomid before years ago and it didn't work - so fingers crossed for this time.

Trying to get pg with #2 for 9 months, have PCOS and clycles been getting longer.

Saw consultant today who has prescribed 100mg of Clomid for 6 months, to be taken on cycle day 2.  What dose are others taking?

I've been taking metformin for a while and will continue to take 1500 mg of metformin each day as well.

What is different though is I won't have follicle tracking this time which I had last time (different hospital now), one hand I am pleased as less intervention, other hand concerned as will not be as sure what is happening to know whether any follicles are maturing. - How common is it not to have the tracking?

Hope you can help - how do I join the clomid club?
