clomid doesnt nesaserally shorten your cycles but it does regulate them it just depends on what lengh your body settles at x normally between 26-29 days but can vary there is not set lengh just a guide

hi girls
cd12 for me and not had a surge but had a really sharp pain in my left side a really sharp pain nearly brought tears to my eyes. not sure when ov will happen and worried clomid may have produced a cyst (aren't i a positive thinking one lol)

i also wondered does clomid shorten your cycles as mine last month was only 26 days and i'm thinking this month would be the same? i haven't picked up a surge on the ov tests but then i could've missed them. i just hope the clomid has worked this month as hubby has agreed to bd as much as possible xxxxxx

I agree Sas, it does get worse. I don't remember being this bad when i was trying for my LO, and we tried for 2 1/2 years.

you can take clomid upto 12mths im upto month 8 but have run out now !!
i dunno the earliest but thought with those early preg tests upto a week early ??
i personally think you should wait it out till cd 42 that way you shouldnt really know anything so not so scary in the real world we all want to know yesterday !!
like im on erm cd 17/18 i think and i want to know now !!
i think as time goes on im getting worse though !!

Hi all
Had a bit more bight red blood today, but not enough to say its my AF. Really hoping its worked. It suddenly dawned on me this evening though, my AF may have come early! I'd be gutted. I'm going to do a cheap test tomorrow morning, that came with my preseed, just to see. I'm saving my clearblue till weds! Next month i have to have a month off the clomide, consultant thinks it may not be working at all! What he doesn't know is i still have a few months supply, so i'll have my break, but i'll be back on it again! But hopefully it won't come to that!

sas and miss sunflower i really hope this is your month, i am not far behind you 2 months left - my consultant only likes you to take clomid for 6 months and then he like to start iui the problem is i am private and dont think i can afford iui so fingers crossed its my month too.
vkitten hows the spotting - really hope its implantation bleed for you hun
i still have sore (.)(.) so when i woke up this morning i peed on a stick and got a bfn
- anyone know whens the earliest is that you can get a possitiveI HATE THE WAITING - just needed to get that of my chest lol

I have one more month of clomid after this and then that's it I have taken my years worth. I am on cd4 at the moment so really hoping that this is the month.

Well i'm here again getting my hopes up, someone bring me back me back down! I am on CD 26, 7 DPO and today have got quite a bit of spotting. I never spot before AF and never start this early. I also have a tight tummy, hot flushes and tired. Not testing until Weds if i can get there which is when i think i'd be about due on.
Fingers crossed for you too Bev. I hate this waiting time, especially when we have signs and its getting closer.

well i am now on cd 24 and i am convinced i ov on cd16 so that makes me 8 dpo - last night i had slightly sore (.)(.) but i thought that maybe it was in my mind but this morning they were still sore - dont want to get my hopes up as some times i can get sore (.)(.) leading up to af

im on cd 16 today wahoooo yippeeeeee lol here goes !! we bd last night but i have been winding hubby up for more all day hehe well im looking forward ti when he gets home !! i have a busy weekend i have fixed my washing machine my self for £12 !! a man was going to come out for £40 ! plus parts but hey im just clever lol so its a course tom then washing washing and more washing on sunday yipee lol

i erm obviously can't count cos its cd9 lol!!! negative opk tonight and due bd tomorrow as woohoo i managed to get some yesterday from hubby well impressed that after 3 years he's listened to me and knows that you need to have sex to get pregnant lmao!!!
had a heck of a week our company which work for kaupthing edge one of the icelandic banks had got told on wednesday that they have gone into administration so we've been fielding calls from upset and angry customers all week so my heads been in a right mess. we've been given some assurance by our managing director that they will attempt to get us a contract somewhere else by the time that kaupthing wind down from us and gets passed to ING. plus my car battery has gone so thats just been replaced for £50. just got my asda delivery at the same time!!! only got the laundry to do then its a shower and crash out lol!!!! what busy lives we women lead.
hubby is only fishing overnight so he'll be back tomorrow to watch the england match and also to do some more bd!! lol

im here and im ok ish nothing is really sinking in quick but my cousins death was in the paper today with a full investigation started at what used to be his workplace !
i have noo idea what cd im on i can always check back but not today ! its bding night again tonight !
and to top things off my washing machine has broken so i have spent most the day trying to track down a simple part that i can fix my self and can i get it nooo i cant !! so we have almost run out of clothes so it will be time to pop to the laundrette !! where is dot when you need her lol !!
well best bugger off and try to relax since i ve had a mad week !

i'm on cd7 today and feel so tired, my throat is dry and sore from talking on the phones the online bank i work for (in a sense) has been put in administration today so not sure what the future holds. need to stay stress free though as i'm due to ov next week and don't want to hold it off due to my job. just feeling tired and a bit of moodiness this time i think lol!!!

sas i'm so sorry that 2 people you know have passed away so close together. you'll find that your more horny around this stuff as death does make you think of life so much more and how much you have to grasp onto it.
congrats on passing ofstead i know its only a small thing compared to this news today but its still good news.

but im defo randy tonight !! i wonder how i lost that feeling !! i gues im back on the roller coaster of imotions ! thougth i was starting to calm down a bit !!
clomid actually lengthens my cycles - i used to have 21 day cycles sometimes longer but only by a couple of days so far on clomid i have had 1 cycle at 27 days and 2 cycles at 29 days
well i am now on cd26 10 days past ov - i once again tested this morning and got a bfn (i am a complete testaholic) anyway i have no more tests in the house and i am not gonna buy any that way i cant poas. I still have sore (.)(.) but think its down to af on her way rather than pg symptom - i think with these early test i would be getting a bfp now if i was pg also if i have enough pg hormones to make my boobs hurt then surely this would be enough hormone to show A bfp
