I too used to take my kids swimming, every week from 4 months (tho they both went in before). They have both been going every week now, term time, and my daughter is 9 and my sons 6, 7 in a couple of weeks! They have never been scared of the water and can now swim well out of there depth. I am glad I took them as I cant even swim properly and am a bit scared of the water!! Lol! I am due my 3rd baby in Nov and I will be booking her in for mother/baby lessons from easter. It is well worth it.  

Hi, I'm new 2 this site but i wanted 2 reccommend swimming for babies. My baby is 3 mnths now and he loves the water. He sleeps better and just generally gets a cool little workout! He seems very content since i started. I do an on-line one that i am passin on details 2 every one i meet...lol!! www.annehawley.com   I love it, best thing ever!!
