im 34+2 with baby no.5 (my 3rd was a hb, 4th they put me off by scaremongering me) i am due at the hospital on tuesday so will no doubt get the whole 'you are putting baby at risk bla bla bla' talk.

i am determined not to let them put me off it this time especially as there are no reasons why they could unlike last time.

Glad you stuck to it. This is my first and I'm 30 weeks. I really want a home birth but still haven't spoken to mw about it. I think its such a positive thing to have a baby and that at home you'll be more comfy.

Had tofight against the consultant for my homebirth as they tried to scare me out of it, but had a fantastic meeting with the Head community midwife who was really positive about it.
