this may seem like a strange question but how the hell do you get in and especially ,get out of one?
i can understand that getting in is quite easy with a bit of help, but is it really arkward and painful and messy to get out?

Hi i dont know about the ones at home but i had a waterbirth in hospital with my 1st and its easy to get in but a little akward to get out after id had my ds i got out to deiver the placenta and i felt really weird gravity wise ol without baby inside me, this made me slightly unsteady but df sort of lifted my leg out 1st then held me up while i lifted the other out. its not reallyvery messy other than the odd spot of blood that might drip. its more just like you dont have the energy to get out lol.
