Hello home birth mums,

I used to chat on this forum myself earlier in the year and now have three hypnobirthing CDs to sell after I used them during my own pregnancy and labour.  I found that 1 cd was not enough to keep me occupied, so I purchased three different ones and I'm glad i did - each has slightly different style, voice and suggestions for relaxation and together they worked brilliantly.

1) Self-hypnosis for child birth - NLP technique with advanced cognitive hypnotherapy (40 mins)

2) Natural Childbirth by Mark Roberts (approx 45 mins) This was my favourite!

3) Making Babies: Hypnotherapy and relaxation for a natural birth by Joanne Scurr (approx 45 minutes)

Together new they cost me £34 and each last about an hour from what I remember. Grab a bargain and get all 3 inc postage within UK for just £15.

I have a paypal account if you are able to pay into this it would be easiest for me. 

I will also send you a selection of new natural (wool/silk) reuseable breast pads (still sealed in pack) and some disposable pads which I never got round to using if these would be of any use to you, and can also send you a pre-natal pilates programme on DVD if you'd like that too.
