    keep the email you sent if it in your ebay messages just incase. you cANT REPORT IT THROUGH EBAY UNTIL ABOUT 10 DAYS after i think you can try it or go straight to paypal if you paid via them and make sure once you do the dispute you then file for a claim or otherwise nothing will come about of it as if you do the claim paypal will look into it more and you may get your money back but you will prob have to return the item though hope this helps sorry bout caps half way through

    I bought an outfit on ebay which cost me £21.00 and the auctions stated it was "as new". I received the item and there are stains all over the top. I have emailed the seller but she has not replied. Where do I go from here.
