Wow, I didn't realise that Paypal have changed their system. Seems a bit crap if you are waiting for the money to pay for postage on an item - like print your own stamps thing.
Been sent home from work as I'm still not well. Someone had a bit of a go at me about some work I was doing and I totally lost it after he went and ended up sobbing stupidly in the toilets - stupid hormones!!!! One of my work colleagues came to find me and had to tell the boss about it. She told me to go home and get better as I was no use doing my work if not able to concentrate properly. Just had a crap day.
Hoping my car seat will sell at last. I have reduced it right down and could do with all Ella's trainers going as well.

sorry I wasn't about gem, I know the rules all changed on the 15th and there was something about paypal holding onto funds but I dont know what the exact ins & outs were as thankfully they didn't apply to me, (one of the high scoring powerseller benefits, lol)
You do have to send out items otherwise you'll never have the funds released but I think its a case of paypal acting like the escrow service to prevent all the cons etc, aimed more at seller cons than buyer cons. If I sell anything on my sole accounts now I think it will be cheque & postal order payments only as it sounds like a pain in the neck

I'm having a nightmear...... my paypal payments havnt gone through and have just been sat there for 5 days..... ive been told on buy and sell that they take 21 days to clear now???? and another thing ive been told is that paypal will give my my money once feedbacks been left by the seller..... i dont get it???? do i send the items???

I'm hoping for car boot weather as well gem, perhaps I ought to come down there and do one together, lol, Theres one way to spend even less time cleaning you know (dont do it at all, lol) and on that note can't you tell how I've been today, can't believe how tired I am, although I'd say honestly its past tiredness and getting on for exhaustion, I haven't even had the energy to go and sit in the garden, hopefully it will disappear as quick as it arrived.
The shops still going ahead at the moment, just ploughing through the red tape and the crap service that the councils give but hopefully I'll find out this week if its worth putting in for full planning permission if so we're 95% sure of getting it, I'm now wishing we'd done this straight away but if there was anything that crops up its £500 wasted.
Anyway I'll be nosey and check you out on B&S, is it any better over there, haven't visited for months as it was such a waste of time.

Went for a helicopter ride yesterday It was fab, Went with alans mum and Jo (sil) got the bug now i want another go haha.
Jo i'm loving the house, Much easier to look after lol, Its in a lovely private neighbourhood and it;'s very quiet, Our house should be going on the market in a week

sorry to hear you're under the weather clare, hopefully you'll be better in time for the warm sun, after the probs with cals teeth I have to say if you can get away without ab's then do so, I wish I'd been told when I was given them what the consequences were whilst pregnant

I'm off work yet again with a nasty throat infection, I could hardly speak yesterday.
Packed for the hols now, we go a week on Friday. Can't wait now.

Morning gem, are you back to enjoyig ebay or is a chore? I've gotten used to having evenings away from the pc so at the moment its a chore for me, I'm selling more than ever but its down to timing as rather than have stuff ending every night I'm finding it better to have 100-150 on 3 nights and then nothing, I also need to wind down every couple of weeks to keep on top of what stock I have and make sure that I've not listed stuff I haven't got.
The trip went really well and it was a surprise to both of us, I think we were both worrying that it would be a bit stiff and uptight but it wasn't, the weather wasnt brilliant (wam and sunnybut not hot) but better than it was here and,
How are you finding the house, settled in as well as leo?

My brood are fine although a tad anughty at the moment as they stopped with MIL for 4 days whilst we went on that trip (comp win) so they've been spoilt and its trying to get them back to eating properly etc. I've had a drastic makeover and had about 12 inches chopped of my hair and coloured and I'm still getting people ignoring me because they didn't realise who I was.
Anyway just drop me a email if I take a while to reply as I dont tend to check back here as often as we used to

It was my mistake, for some strange reason i put in my email address wrong, emailed the buyer's to appologise and sent them what i though was my correct email address and made another spelling mistake.....
